Developing students’ leadership sills

Planning and discussion activity to encourage students to develop leadership skills, attitudes and opportunities

This activity sets an aim to develop the student’s leadership skills.

Students set their S.M.A.R.T aims for the development of the leadership skills and show how they intend to achieve them.

Additionally students analyse the strengths and weaknesses of their leadership skills.

Students receive the feedback from their peers about their leadership skills.

Target group: students aged from 12 to 18 years.
