Working thematically with subjects such as maths, social studies, Swedish, and home and consumer studies in school year 4–5 to illustrate the importance of having a job to be a functioning family. Shows how students are shaped and formed by their own families and other groupings, such as sexuality, gender roles and equality. Private finances with focus on the connection between work, income and consumption. In-depth knowledge about taxes what municipalities, county councils and the state use tax money on. The students get a better understanding of how different the social dimensions of sustainable development can be highlighted and problematized, both for children in Sweden and the rest of the world.
